TERMS and CONDITIONS of OUR SERVER
As a provider of web site hosting, we have developed an Acceptable Use Policy.
This Acceptable Use Policy will be revised from time to time. A customer's use of our services after changes to the Acceptable Use Policy are posted on all of our web sites. They will constitute the customer's acceptance of any new or additional terms that result from those changes. 

Our subscribers must comply fully with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of on-line communications. A subscriber's failure to comply with those laws will violate our policy. If this results in a loss to us or the bringing of any claim against us by any third-party, and we are sued because of a subscriber's activity, the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against us, plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
 
We do not allow any of the following content to be published on our Server:

• Illegal pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Content of an illegal nature (including stolen copyrighted material)
• Pirated software sites
• Gambling related sites
• Hate sites or content that could be reasonably considered as slanderous or libelous

We do not allow unsolicited email messages advertising your domain either sent by users of our system (also known as junk email or SPAM) or outside vendors. This applies to newsgroups and anything that cause people to complain. Anyone doing this will be terminated immediately with no refunds.
 

Illegal Activities

Customers who use our systems to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to breaking in to remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence, will have their accounts immediately cancelled without refund of any fees.

 

Right To Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

Content that is questionable regarding any of the above criteria will be decided upon by us.

Users posting any of the above content on their sites will have their access temporarily suspended. They will then be contacted by us and given the opportunity to remove the content in question before having their services reinstated. A repeated offense will cause cancellation of service without refund of any fees.

Page creation Fee's are NOT required to be paid in full until your site is online, therefore unless otherwise expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
